This project can be done using a coffee filter for the snail shell!
Start by filing almost the entire filter up with marker dots, lines or scribbles.
Touch all areas of the filer with a wet brush until it is completely wet.
I use wax paper underneath so it does not get on the table or fall through the drying rack bars.
See kids tapping their filters with their brushes.

- Draw a spiral line on the colorful coffee filter (see below steps and options)
Outline with black marker or crayon.l
- Draw a snail body on the bottom of a colored paper.
Outline with black marker or crayon and cut out.
- Glue coffee spiral down onto background paper. Glue snail body on top of filter.
- Decorate the background paper in a scene that would be fit for a snail's enviroment.
