我们将运用他的创作理念来设计自己的名字。
他使用笔直的黑色线条——垂直、水平地延伸——构成几何形体。
他为其中部分形体填涂色彩，用色极为简洁：黑、白、红、黄与蓝（即原色）。

我们的作业要求如下：
- 用铅笔在白纸上大幅书写自己的名字，尽量将字母的顶部与底部拉伸至纸张的上下边缘。
- 用黑色永久性记号笔清晰勾勒字母轮廓；并在字母之间空隙处添加更多直线，以形成更多方块状图形。
- 使用黑、红、黄或蓝色为这些图形/方块填色。

We are going to used his ideas to create our names.
He used straight black lines going up, down, side to side to make shapes.
He filled in some of those shapes with colors. He kept his color choices basic; black, white, red, yellow & blue (primary colors).

Our Assignment;
- Write your name BIG in pencil on white paper trying to STRETCH the tops and bottoms of the letters to the to and bottom of paper.
- Use a black permanent marker to outline the letters boldly. Add more lines in spots in between the letters to add more block shapes.
- Color in shapes/boxes using black, red, yellow, or blue.
