1. Sax 60磅白色硫酸纸素描纸 —— 我一直以来最爱的素描纸！厚度适中，价格也不贵！
2. Sax 90磅硫酸纸多媒介纸 —— 表面光滑、质地厚实，能轻松应对记号笔、蛋彩颜料和水彩！
Cray Pas 表现主义粉笔画棒 —— 超爱这一款！极易晕染，且能铺展出明亮饱满的色彩层！

I've updated my top 20 list, and added to it!
Here's my list of my most favorite and best art supplies, that I have used over my 20 year career in art education! I know when I first started out, I really needed a list like this! Also, students ask, "Where can you get this??" So, I decided to compile a list of my fave supplies to share with you folks at home. If you have more to add to the list, feel free to leave your suggestions!

1. 60lb white sulphite drawing paper from Sax . My all time favorite drawing paper! Not too thin, and not too expensive!
2. 90lb sulphite multimedia paper from Sax This smooth and heavy duty paper stands up to markers, tempera, and watercolors!
Cray Pas Expressionist Pastels LOVE these! They blend beautifully, and lay down a lovely layer of bright color!
4. Sargent Art Chalk pastels. Great quality and budget friendly! They work great on a project like this, Northern lights landscape
- Crayola Artista II tempera paint . Beautiful color and opacity!
- Jack Richeson Semi-Moist tempera cakes . Just found these this year, and I adore them!!
- Big Kid's Choice Paintbrushes . We started using these a couple of years ago, and have been ever since! They are the best student paintbrushes I've ever come across!
- Crayola Color Sticks . These coloring wonders are like colored pencils, without the wood, that you never have to sharpen!
- Fiskars Scissors . They have been my favorite scissors since I was a student myself, and now use them in class with my own students!
- Elmer's Glue-All . This is not as runny as the washable school glue, and works much better when needing a good glue line for a relief project!
- Elmer's Glue Sticks . Gotta love their glue sticks too! We buy at least 4 boxes a year!
- Liquid Watercolors . If you have never tried these, give them a whirl! Their color is so vibrant and gorgeous! Also, a little goes a very long way!
- Crayola Artista II watercolors . Lovely consitstancy, and nice color choices! This is what I used to paint my gems and crystals in my "Art Rocks!" post.
- Kwik Stix . These paint sticks go on so smooth and creamy! The kids love coloring with them, and have the look of paint without the mess!
- Crayola Twistables Colored pencils and Crayons . Great for coloring and no pencil sharpener needed!
- Tru-Ray Construction Paper . I've tried quite a few brands throughout the years, and this one is by far my fave! There are a wide variety of colors to choose from, they don't fade as quickly as the other brands, and it's nice and thick!
- Sharpie Markers . We use these quite often to trace our drawings! Of all the black permanent markers I've tried, these are the best!

Ticonderoga pencils These are our go to pencil in the art room! I've tried plenty others, but always go back to them!

Prismacolor white erasers These little erasers tackle any mistake, big or small!
- Crayola Construction paper crayons These really do show up so much better on construction paper, but also work really well on drawing paper too! If you are doing a crayon resist type painting, these are the ones to use!
- Shape tracers These are great for all ages, and we use them on a weekly basis!
22. Table Caddies These keep our supplies at the ready, in the middle of each table.
23. Ice cube trays with lids. These are perfect for storing liquid paint!
24. Crayola Super Tip Markers. I get enough so each table has a box. These come in handy for the ring pop project!
25. Crayola Markers. I get the non washable kind! The color is better for when we do marker and foil transfer projects! You can find a marker and foil project here , and follow along!
26. Pet bowls These make great, no spill water containers for painting!
27. Skin tone pastels Great for self portraits!
28. Skin tone colored pencils While we're at it, these work well for self portraits too!
29. Metallic Makers Add some sparkle to your art (without the glitter, lol)
30. Neon Paint We use this every year!
31. Neon tempera cakes These last for years!
32. Neon Oil pastels I'm on a Neon roll, can't you tell? We used them on quite a few projects, but here's one of my faves. Chris Uphues Jen Stark Hearts
33. Neon Paint Sticks Paint sticks are THE BEST!
34. Neon paper! This is what I use in those fun Kindergarten line sculptures!
We also use these bright colors for paper weaving too! You can see a tutorial here
35. Crayola Oil Pastels These are still my budget friendly favorite for oil pastels! You can see them in action in my Snowman at night video , where I show you how to draw and shade a fun snowman! You can also see them here, when I demonstrate how to make a realistic Candy Cane.
36. Jack Richeson watercolor paper- y'all it's hard to find a good quality, but reasonably priced watercolor paper for students. I finally found this one a couple of years ago, and it's my new favorite!
37. Prismacolor Student color pencils High-quality art pencils designed for beginning artists and crafters
38. Spectra Bleeding tissue paper. Has to say bleeding for it to work! Here's a fun project where we used it to make a beautiful background. Jim Dine bleeding hearts
39. Tape Gun This thing should be #1 on my list, because it's been a lifesaver over the past few years for saving such much time, getting ready for the end of the year art show!! It helps me mount art on a another piece of paper, to get ready to hang! You can see how I mount the art for shows on my blog post here.
40. Dot markers! Kids love using these, and they're wonderful for the younger grades!
