将打印纸对折。将手放在纸上，拇指与食指指尖轻压在折痕处（略超出折痕）。沿手形描边。沿线剪裁，特别注意不要剪到折痕处（即食指与拇指指尖所在位置）。展开纸张——看见一颗心形了吗？将其粘贴在对比色卡纸上，并进行设计！

Fold computer paper in half. Place hand on paper with thumb and pointer finger on the fold (slightly over). Trace hand. Cut along traced lines especially avoiding cutting on fold (where pointer and thumb tips were). Unfold paper. See heart? Glue down on contrasting colored paper and design!
