一年级雪企鹅

本周，我们完成了可爱小企鹅创作的第一课！这个创意灵感来自Mary Making的博客。本项目融合了水彩绘画、素描、明度表现与油画棒技法。

以下是我们的制作步骤！

材料：

第一课：绘制背景并画出企鹅！在分发90磅纸前，我先向学生示范如何将纸张竖放、横画一条线，并运用“湿画法”（湿纸着色）来绘制天空。学生们非常喜欢颜料在湿润纸面上自然晕染的效果。我提醒他们将整张纸打湿至地平线位置，以确保地面区域保持白色。待背景绘制完成后，我逐一向作品撒上食盐，营造出美丽的雪花效果！

全班完成背景绘制后，我们清理桌面，换用一张新纸来画企鹅。先用铅笔起稿，再用黑色油画棒勾勒轮廓。

第二课：我们将用黑色油画棒添加细节，剪下企鹅造型，并粘贴到背景画面上！

一年级雪企鹅

This week, we're finishing up day 1 of our precious lil penguins! I found this beautiful idea on Mary Making's blog ! This project incorporates watercolor painting, drawing, value, and oil pastels.

Here's how we created ours!

Materials:

Solo by Paul Geraghty

Crayola Watercolors

or Sax Liquid watercolors

Sax 90lb paper

Sax 70lb paper

Crayola Oil pastel

Day 1: Paint background and draw penguin! Before I gave them 90lb paper, I demonstrated how to turn their paper vertical, draw a line across, and use the wet on wet watercolor technique to paint the sky. They love how the colors spread because of the wet background. I tell them to wet their paper all the way down to their ground line, so the ground will stay white. After they finish painting, I go around and sprinkle salt on their paintings to create a beautiful, snowy affect!

After the class is done with their backgrounds, we wipe off our area, and get a new piece of paper to draw their penguins. We draw them with pencil and trace with a black pastel.

That's about all we accomplished in one day!

Day 2: We'll add the black oil pastel, cut out our penguins and glue them to our background!
